Hook : Gamakatsu SC15 # 2 - 6/0
Thread : Uni-Thread 3/0 White
Tail : Saltwater Saddle Hackle White And Polar Flash Pearl
Belly : Bucktail White
Shoulders : Bucktail Light Gray
Wing : Krystal Flash Pearl , Olive , Peacock And Peacock Herl
Gill Plates : Prismatic Pre Cut Gill Plates
Throat : Krystal Flash Red
Eyes : Holographic Eyes Silver 1/4
Epoxy : 5 Minute Epoxy

Tying Instruction :

1) Tie in thread at eye of hook and lay a thread base to mid point of shank.
2) Tie on saddle hackle and do not remove the after shaft fuzz.
3) Tie on polar flash on either side of the saddle hackles.
4) Tie on a bunch of bucktail on the underside of the hook as a belly.
5) Tie on red Krystal flash very short just in front of the bucktail as a throat.
6) Tie on shoulders of light gray bucktail about half as long as the white bucktail on either side of the hook.
7) Tie on pearl Krystal Flash on top of the hook as under wing.
8) Tie olive Krystal Flash over pearl.
9) Tie peacock Krystal Flash over olive.
10) Tie on 12-15 peacock herl as top wing.
11) Tie on pre-cut gill plates.
12) Sick eyes on gill plates.
13) Mark top of head with black permanent marker.
14) Cover head, eyes, and gill plate with thin coat of epoxy.

Originated by Page Rogers I found this pattern very effective for Striped Bass on the coast of Maine. Can be tied in many colors to match the baitfish in your area.
