Tying Instruction : 1) Make eyes with 20lb mono. Cut 2, 1-inch pieces of 20lb mono. Melt one end of one of the pieces of mono and press it to the mid section of the other piece forming a T. Melt the ends of the top of the T making the eyes. Tie the eyes on so that the eyes extend beyond the hook bend. 2) Tie on a 1-inch long section of craft fur as antenna. 3) Tie on 6-8 pieces of crystal flash. Cut crystal flash so that 2 pieces are longer than the rest. 4) Tie on cream hackle. 5) Tie on foam. 6) Lift foam and dub a smooth body of master brite. 7) Palmer hackle through body. 8) Tie down foam on head and whip finish. 9) Cut foam on ends leaving short stubs. |
