Tying Instruction : 1) Place bead on hook. 2) Wrap 4-5 turns of lead on hook and push inside bead. 3) Start thread just behind bead. Tie on copper wire and wrap thread back to hook bend, aligning wire along outside edge of hook. This keeps you from getting lumpy butt. 4) Tie on Goose biots for tail and wrap thread back to hook eye making smooth underbody. 5) Wrap copper wire body tight turns. 6) Tie 1 stand of Flashabou on top of the hook. 7) Tie on a thin strip of thin skin as a wing case. 8) Tie on peacock herl and wrap thread to hook eye. 9) Wrap peacock herl thorax. 10) Tie on Partridge legs in bunch on top of hook. 11) Pull thin skin wing case over thorax splitting the bunch of Partridge so that you have even legs on both sides of the hook. 12) Pull Flashabou down the center of the wing case and tie off. 13) Coat wing case with 5 minute epoxy. Note : Good attractor for fast and deep water. |
