Tying Instruction : 1) Tie in thread near eye of hook. 2) Clamp a split shot on 6-8lb mono and tie on at eye of hook. Tied in Hans Van Klinken style. 3) Wrap thread back to bend in hook. 4) Burn one end of a piece of synthetic yarn. Tie yarn onto hook so that burnt end is 1/3 hook shank length from bend in hook. 5) Tie on partridge feather by tip and make 1 to 2 wraps wet fly style. 6) Dub a coarse body of hares ear back to hook eye. 7) Whip finish head. |
