HOW TO MAKE THE VOLJC WING

1) Stretch Nylon panty hose over an embroidery frame and tighten the outer ring.
2) Cut off excess nylon.
3) Paint nylon with Aero Gloss Dope and let dry.
4) Remove the fluff from the base of a feather.
Mallard Breast Feather
Partridge Breast Feather
Duck Wing Base Feather ...etc
5) Saturate the Feather in DUCO cement.
6) Quickly flip the Feather over and glue it down on top of the nylon.
7) Now smooth over the top of the feather with your finger.
8) Cut the quill off at the base of the Feather.
9) VERY IMPORTANT, Flip the frame over and spread the excess glue around on the bottom of the nylon.
10) When glue is completely dry (30 minutes) cut around each feather.
11) Fold the feather along the quill and cut a 15 deg. angle along the feather.
12) Place the cut feather over the top of the hook you are using and use the hook as a guide to cut the rounded tail end.
