STEP #1 Take a perfectly good "Renzetti Wing Burner" and notch both sides as shown in adjoining picture. |

Step #2 Cut a thin strip of Krystal Organza slightly wider than the wing burner. |

STEP #3 Place Organza in wing burner and burn all sides. |

Step #4 Remove Organza from wing burner. |
|

STEP #5 Place Organza back in wing burner so that the notch in the wing matches the notch in the wing burner. Burn the wing on all sides. |

Step #6 Finished wing. |

This technique will render a perfect spinner wing. The notch in the wing will help keep the wing flat when tide on to the fly body. I have tried many materials but Krystal Organza is the most superior by far.
